Summer So Far

So far summer has been a littttttllle slow, but not too bad. It has just begun, it feels. I feel like it's just getting started and that any day it will sort of subside a little and my days will start to form some sort of pattern or atleast be subject to some extent of predictability. Right now, my day-to-day activities have been quite random. The main reason for that is that I have yet to truly begin working. I am going to be working for my pops this summer, and he wanted me to do some work at home and at our cabin in Almanor before I start working for him full time. Once I start working for him and getting my 40 hour weeks in, I feel that I will be able to relax a little and actually plan stuff. Recently, I have not yet planned one thing regarding anything. I never know what I am doing the next day, and it is beginning to become quite frustrating. I haven't even been able to properly plan my own 18th birthday. One would be unpleasantly surprised to learn how hard it is to fill 6 seats at a Giants game, if you do not put forth at least a little effort. Two of my better friends can't make it, so that in itself as proved to be quite a gumption-buster (Ha, "Gumption-Buster", a new phrase maybe?). Any how, stay tuned for an update when my schedule takes some form.
